Today, I'd love to hear from anyone who has thoughts about cosmetic enhancements. Boob jobs, tummy tucks, labioplasty, or even a touch of anal bleaching. Have you had your appearance surgically improved to add something extra to your swinging experience? Or are you already perfect without enhancements? When selecting a potential partner do you respond differently if you believe someone has had cosmetic surgery? Is it a deal breaker or a passion killer?
