I haven't been on here for the past week, mainly because the pressure of exams and revision has been keeping me busy.
However, I've written a poem that some of you might appreciate. Because the linguistic course I'm on keeps shoving the poetry of e.e. cummings down my throat, I thought I'd share a poem I've written in the style of e.e. cummings.
This should read like unintelligible drivel to those of you who haven't come across cummings before and it will not read much differently to those of you who are familiar with his work.
I hope to post more frequently as soon as the last exam is out of the way.

Ash, you are very naughty! Thanks for the smile.
Hi Madelynne,
If you're an e.e. cummings fan I hope my "homage" to him didn't cause any offence.
And, for those of you who are reading this (and aren't Madelynne)go and check out Madelynne's website at www.madelynne-ellis.com.
Oh Ash. I just decided to have a look at your blog and this did make me chuckle. You should have used this for your CW portfolio, Yvette would have loved it. Keep up the good work pal

Hi Shaun,
I couldn't have used this for my CW portfolio. The commentary would have read: As with all poems in the style of e.e. cummings, I don't know what hell this means...
